Returned Merchandise Policy
Your satisfaction is our number-one goal! We will gladly accept returns within 14 days after your receipt.

The following terms and conditions apply:

1. You MUST obtain a Return Authorization (RA) before returning items. Please inspect products immediately upon receipt and notify us of any damage or shortage the same day of delivery.

2. We will only accept the merchandise never used and in original brand new condition.
 Shipping charges are non-refundable and customer is responsible for shipping charges to return the item. For eligible non-defective items a 25% RESTOCKING FEE will apply.

3. 
All returned merchandise must be in its original packing carton including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, supporting accessories and instruction manuals. Exchanges, replacements, refunds are made only after receipt of returned merchandise. We cannot accept damaged or misused merchandise. 
No refunds will be issued for returns without all the original packaging, manuals and accessories.

Goods that are sealed in bubble packaging by the manufacturer cannot be returned once the packaging is cut open.

4. Products which are improperly packaged and do not include manufacturers box will be refused. The merchandise must come back packed in the outer brown box it was shipped with the shipping label on it. Do not stick the shipping label on the manufacturer's box.

5. Products with a SERIAL NUMBER which does not match SERIAL NUMBER on package will not be accepted for a return or exchange.

6. The paid shipping fee will not be refunded. Shipping fee will not be refunded if shipment is refused at time of delivery or returned due to invalid shipping address.



Note: Products that has been installed, scratched used or abused will not be accepted for return or credit
